Error message when updating application / profile

I am getting an error when trying to update my profile, what should I do?

Most errors can be fixed by logging out / logging back in again, ensuring pop-ups are allowed, changing browsers, or changing your file to a pdf (for resume uploads).

If you have tried all of this and are still having problems, email us at ask@hatch.team (remember to attach a screenshot of your issue) and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
