Whether you're just a startup looking for key early employees, a large brand looking to build a future-proofed workforce or managing a large-scale recruitment operation, our plans are designed to help you match with values-aligned talent fast and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about our pricing structure, including details on each tier and answers to frequently asked questions.
Hatch subscription pricing tiers
All plans are billed annually, and we also offer quarterly plans with a 15% additional cost.

Subscription terms and conditions
By subscribing to Hatch, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our pricing structure, match requests, ATS integrations, and related services. Please review these details carefully.
Match requests
Match requests received: Refers to the number of people who request to match with you to apply to job you have posted.
Match requests sent: Refers to the number of people you proactively invite to apply to a job you have posted.
What happens when you hit your limit
Upon reaching your plan’s limit, you will no longer be able to post new jobs. However, existing jobs will still be able to receive match requests for existing jobs. At this point, you can either upgrade to the next plan tier or contact us for a custom quote to unlock additional jobs and view new match requests on your current tier.

Quarterly plan costs
Quarterly plans are available for each pricing tier. Please note that quarterly plans incur an additional 15% charge compared to the cost of the corresponding annual plan.
ATS Integrations
Plus Plan: Includes basic ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrations to seamlessly fit Hatch into your workflow. The integration is off the shelf with no customisation.
Pro and Enterprise Plans: Includes custom ATS integrations for a more personalized setup to meet your workflow needs.
Hired with Hatch / Intern placements
When utilising the Hired with Hatch service (where we handle employment admin and payroll for interns or contractors placements), Hatch charges a 15% markup on the fully loaded cost of the intern or contractor.

What is a hero video? | A hero video is a creative employer brand video (Day in the life, office tour, etc) |
What is a Team Spotlight video? | A team video or team spotlight video is a video overview of a team hiring on hatch that encompasses team interviews and b-roll. |
What is a Vox pop | A vox pop is a street-style interview video with members of your team that can be cut into short social-first formats. |
What is Hatch responsible for in the production process? | Hatch will plan, shoot and edit all video assets. The employer will be required to provide feedback on video briefs, subjects for filming as well as access to office space if required. |
What is the standard turnaround time for these assets? | Your CSM and EB manager will work with you on a timeline for producing and editing these assets. This timeline can be extended based on approvals and feedback. Generally we produce hero and team assets within 4 weeks and Vox pops within 2 weeks of briefing. |
