Ready to connect your ATS to Hatch to make hiring faster without losing track of great candidates?

Before you start

Before you dive in, check out these answers to common questions

Who can set up an ATS integration?

To set up an integration, administrator permission for the ATS is typically required. If you're not an admin, no stress, just share this guide with someone who is.

Does this apply for my whole company or just one job?

Integrations apply company-wide. You can link each Hatch job to a specific job and stage in your ATS.

How long does it take to connect?

Setup takes about 5 minutes, followed by a short period of initially syncing your data, which can take up to 15 minutes.

Can I connect my ATS to a job that's already live on Hatch?

Yep! Just head to your Hatch job and follow the instructions below. Hatch will push all existing matches.

Can I change which ATS job my Hatch job is linked to?

Yes, click the "..." in the top right of your Matches page and pick a new job in your ATS.

Step 1: Connect your ATS

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in Hatch.

  2. Click Connect your ATS.

  3. Choose your ATS from the list.

  4. Click Connect and follow the prompts, including:

    • Log in to your ATS.

    • Allow Hatch to read your jobs and add candidates to your ATS.

  5. After connecting, it can take up to 15 minutes to set up your integration. We recommend going to grab a coffee!

  6. Return to Hatch and confirm your ATS is marked as connected

Step 2: Import jobs

Once connected, you can pull open jobs from your ATS straight into Hatch to post in seconds.

  1. Go to Job and create a new job.

  2. Click Import from ATS.

  3. Pick the jobs you want to bring into Hatch.

  4. Review key information and press Publish to go live!

Note: Hatch only lets you import published jobs in your ATS. We also exclude any confidential jobs.

Step 3: Export matches

Send approved Hatch matches directly to your ATS for standard processing.

  1. Go to your target job and match with candidates you want to move forward.

  2. In the Matches page, click Export to ATS

  3. Choose whether to keep the job linked to the same job or pick a different one.

  4. Choose what stage you want your matches to be pushed to.

  5. Choose to export all existing matches or only new ones

Note: Imported jobs automatically export matches to the corresponding ATS job
