When you open your Lever instance and generate a Harvest API Key for Hatch you will need to following the following steps and provide the following permissions.

Step 1: Log in to Lever and click Settings from the avatar dropdown in the top right hand corner of any page.

Step 2: Click on the Integrations and API tab on the left column and then the API Credentials tab at the top.

Step 3: Click on Generate New Key to start the process of creating a new API key.

Step 4: Enter "Hatch" as the Key Name.

Step 5: Select the Permissions required for the Hatch ATS integration to work. See the screenshot below for the set of permissions that are required. You can choose not to provide any of these permissions, but it may limit how the integration functions.

Step 6: Before you click "Done", make sure you scroll back to the top and copy your Lever API Key that you've just generated.

Step 7: Paste your API key into Merge Link and click Submit.

Step 8: Click Done to save your API Key.
