Generating an API Key
Follow the steps below to create a SmartRecruiters API Key for use with Hatch's ATS integration.
Navigate to your SmartRecruiters settings and click on Apps & Integrations
2. Click on the Credentials tab
3. Click on the New Credential button
4. Select the API Key credential
5. Complete the form below, entering Hatch for the Credentials name and Admin for the System role. You can enter whatever description you'd like in the description field.
6. Click the Generate button and copy the API Key
Setting up a Custom Source
In order to have a candidate's source correctly set to Hatch, you'll need to configure a Custom Candidate Source.
Navigate to your SmartRecruiter settings and click on Custom Candidate Sources
2. Click on the Create source button
3. Enter Hatch as the Source Name, Paid as the Source Type and Jobs Boards as the Source Sub-type.
4. Click Save to save your custom source
