Can't be bothered to write out allll your experience? This article will guide you through the steps to use LinkedIn to fill out your Hatch profile! Once filled, we recommend manually touching up the small details that have auto-populated. 

Insider tip: this also works with your normal resume if you would prefer to use that!

💻 Downloading your LinkedIn profile as a PDF

First, sign in to <a href="https://au.linkedin.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LinkedIn</a> using a laptop or desktop (the LinkedIn mobile app does not support this feature).

Click the Me icon at the top-right of your LinkedIn homepage.

Click the More button in the introduction section.

Select Save to PDF from the dropdown.

📃 Uploading your LinkedIn profile to Hatch

Navigate to Hatch and <a href="https://app.hatch.team/signin" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">sign in</a>.

Click on the "Your Profile" button in the top-right.

Scroll down to the "Resume" section on the right hand side and hit "✏️".

3. Upload your LinkedIn resume! 

And it's as simple as that! When filling out the rest of your profile, a button called "Generate from resume" will appear, which will automatically fill out the section with information from your resume. So cool right?!
