This Privacy Policy is subject to our Employer Terms of Use and Standard Terms of Use. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, as specified in the “Changes to This Privacy Policy” section below.

Intended Audience of Websites

Our Website is not directed to people under the age of 18. As a result, our Website does not request or knowingly collect personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are not 18 or older, you should not visit or use our Website.

Right to Close Account; Retention of Personal Information

We do keep your personal information after you delete your account. We generally retain personal information for 365 days after an account is deleted, except as noted below. If you would like us to delete your personal information immediately after you delete your account, please contact us at: ask@hatch.team.

We may retain your personal information even after you have deleted your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. Additionally, we may anonymise your personal information for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information without prior notice.

Do Not Track Notice

Because there are not yet common, industry accepted “do not track” standards and systems, our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. In addition, we may allow third parties to collect personal information from your activity on our website, as described in the “Information Collection and Use” section above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time for any reason. If this Privacy Policy changes, the revised policy will include a new effective date and we will notify you of such changes by posting the revised policy on this page.   • Education-related information - grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules or student identification codes.

  • Inferences - inferences drawn from other personal information, such as profiling reflecting a person's preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behaviour, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

  • Personal website links – personal website links such as your LinkedIn profile, your GitHub profile or your design portfolio.

Any personal information that you have provided us, or that we have otherwise collected, may be visible on your profile. You can control what information is visible as part of your profile through your account settings (although your name, photo and bio will always be visible if you have an active profile).
