đ BuiltIn
BuiltIn is an online community for startups and tech companies. After creating a profile, you are able to post roles to BuiltIn.
Have you already integrated your BuiltIn ATS with Hatch? Then you donât need to do anything! Candidates will be directed to Hatch as they apply via your ATS. If you would like candidates to apply directly through Hatch, rather than via your ATS see the below steps.
â
If you donât have an ATS connected, or would like candidates to apply directly, you can do this by:
Once youâve created your role in BuiltIn, navigate to âManage Jobsâ
Choose to âEditâ your Job Ad
Scroll down to âHow to Applyâ and add the Hatch Role URL you received when you published your Role on Hatch.
đ LinkedIn
For Recruiter and Recruiter Lite accounts, you can direct candidates to your Hatch application experience by:
Hovering over âJobsâ at the top of the Recruiter homepage and selecting âPost a Jobâ.
Complete the fields provided to add your company and job details
When asked how you would like people to apply, select âDirect applicants to an external site to applyâ
Add the Hatch Role URL you received when you published your Role on Hatch
Deselect âLet candidates apply with their LinkedIn profile and notify me by emailâ
If you would like to direct candidates to your Hatch application experience and donât have a LinkedIn recruiter or Recruiter Lite account, you can follow the same steps as above. The only difference is where you start. At step 1, just click Jobs at the top of your LinkedIn account and select âPost a Free Jobâ.
đ Indeed
