Hatch integrates with 40+ Applicant Tracking Systems. These ATS connections make it easier than ever to keep your hiring workflow organised, while making use of Hatch’s talent pool, application experience, and rich candidate profiles.

Getting set up with Hatch's ATS integration is simple, and takes only a few minutes. Check out our Integration Onboarding Guide for a deep dive on the set up process, along with some frequently asked questions.

Hatch's ATS integration enables you to automatically post jobs on Hatch. This is a great way to access Hatch's talent pool without the additional effort of having to manually post a job on Hatch.

As part of the ATS onboarding process, you'll let us know if you want us to post roles on Hatch for you. Whenever you post a job from your ATS, the Hatch team will review it and re-post it on Hatch within 12 hours. Once it's live we'll notify you and you can let us know if you'd like to make any changes.

Note: Hatch doesn't access any of your roles that are marked confidential or internal-only, depending on your ATS.

Once your role is live, Hatch will automatically push Hatch applicants into your ATS against the relevant role. Initially, we'll push candidates into whichever stage you nominate in your hiring process with their name, email address and a link to their Hatch application.

At this point, you'll need to review the candidate in Hatch. When you do this, you'll have the benefit of a rich Hatch profile with Intro Videos and Skill Snapshots to help you make better and more hiring decisions.

Since the candidate now exists in your ATS, any team member that has access to the role in your ATS will easily be able to navigate to that candidate's application using the Hatch link associated with the candidate. Additionally, since the Hatch application link is stored on the candidate, if that person applies to other roles at your company, you'll always have the context of their Hatch application to refer to. If a team member who doesn't yet have a Hatch account tries to access an application, they'll be required to sign up and join your team on Hatch before they can review the application.

As you review application in Hatch, we'll also sync your decisions back to your ATS. This makes it really easy for you to pick up your hiring workflow, and ensures that your reporting is always up to date.

For example, if you move a candidate in Hatch from Inbox to Progressed, that candidate will automatically move forward to the relevant stage (e.g. Phone Screen) in your ATS.

At this point, Hatch will also push through additional candidate data that is useful for the later stages of your hiring process, such as contact details and the candidate's resume.

Finally, for roles that you posted on Hatch, Hatch can also understand who you progressed through the process and ultimately hired. We use this information to understand how we're doing, and help match you to better candidates for future roles.
